CLEANING AND CARE OF RUBBER FLOORING
Rain, wind and environmental pollution cause dirt particles and other impurities to build up in the open-pored structure of the synthetic floor. This results in the pores becoming clogged, the growth of mosses and algae, and the impairment of the drainage effect. The ground becomes slippery, it can crack, and the risk of injury to sportsmen increases.
We have been RAL certified since 2016. RAL is currently the only association in Germany that monitors and certifies plastic covering care companies. The corresponding quality mark is RAL GZ 943/4.
CLEANING WITH THE LARGE CLEANING UNIT
Rubber floors are cleaned by means of rotary vortices and up to 200 bar water pressure. The special feature of this process: the waste water is sucked up directly during the operation and collected in a tank. The cleaning unit can easily pass through access points from 2.00 m wide and 2.50 m high.
CLEANING WITH THE SMALL CLEANING UNIT
Particularly impressive is how the specially developed and patented small cleaning unit proves its abilities . Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is able to clean areas that are difficult to access. Narrow gates and driveways are no obstacle. The cleaning unit can easily pass through access points from 1.10 m wide.

Studded or spiked shoes, as well as daily wear and tear, particularly affect the rubber floors in schools and stadiums. To ensure that the athletes can continue with their sports without risk of injury, the rubber must be repaired if necessary.
